This creamy espresso martini with Irish cream is the perfect after-dinner cocktail. Made with rich espresso and creamy Five Farms Irish Cream, it’s the kind of drink that will have you saying “just one more.” The balance of coffee and cream is irresistible, and it’s sweetened with a touch of brown sugar simple syrup.
If you can find Five Farms Irish Cream, it’s absolutely worth it. But don’t worry — Baileys or another Irish cream works beautifully too. You can even make your own with cream and whiskey if you’re feeling adventurous!
